Zeolite Magic Return Policy:
Refunds are issued on any product ordered within 30 days and returned to us unopened. All products must maintain the manufacturer safety seal for a refund to be issued.
There is a 15% re-stocking fee which covers our warehousing and shipping costs for the item. If you would like a store credit instead there is only a 5% re-stocking fee for the item.
There are no refunds on
international orders.
Unopened Packages Over
30 days:
In store credit is issued for any product
returned to us, maintaining its original
manufacturers seal, outside of the 30 day
deadline.
There is a 20% re-stocking fee for all items
returned outside the 30 day deadline.
*Orders over 6 months old will not be accepted
under any conditions.
Return Procedure:
You must contact us either by phone or by using
our contact form (HERE)
prior to returning any product. We will then
issue you a Return Authorization which must
accompany your return. Once we have received the
product and examined it, you will be refunded or
a product exchange will be issued
depending on your request.
Please
be sure to include your name, order number, and
phone number when contacting us. Please indicate why you are
returning the product, and whether you would
like a refund or exchange.
Within 24 hours you will be emailed a
confirmation of receipt of goods. We are not
responsible for shipping times back to us or for
lost or damaged packages returned to us.
